Dried Lemongrass Leaves

Dried lemongrass leaves are a natural product obtained through the slow drying of fresh lemongrass leaves (Cymbopogon citratus), in order to preserve their citrus aroma and beneficial properties. With a fresh, lemony scent, they are ideal for preparing relaxing and digestive herbal teas, either on their own or mixed with other herbs. Also used in cooking to flavor oriental dishes, rice, soups, and marinades, they slowly release their aroma during cooking. The dried leaves have a long shelf life without the use of preservatives and can also be used for potpourri or as natural insect repellents.
