What do I do if my order is incomplete/damaged?

It may happen that the courier does not treat the package with care or that during the harvest the lemon peel is affected, making the lemons more vulnerable.

Since our lemons are not treated with preservatives or other treatments, in the event of damage to the skin they can go bad even in the 48 hours following the harvest.

If the lemons are damaged, contact us immediately by sending an email to info@fratellitorneo.it, indicating:

  1. the order number from the confirmation email (you can also find it in your client area)
  2. a brief description of the problem
  3. in the case of damaged goods or packaging, attach photos and an estimate of the quantity of damaged lemons (kg or number of lemons)

How do I track my order?

Our orders are shipped via SDA express courier.

You can check the progress of the shipment by requesting the tracking number at info@fratellitorneo.it and then checking on the SDA website.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times depend on the type of delivery selected during purchase:

  1. Fast delivery: 3 to 5 working days
  2. Standard delivery: 6 to 8 working days

How do I recover my account password?

You can reset your password by visiting the login page for your account and clicking on the link “Lost your password?”

An email will be sent to you containing a link to enter your new password.
